借閱規則

1. For checking out item(s), please fill out the “Check out” card attached to each media and place the card in the designated box for Library Coworker.
2. For returning item(s), please return the item(s) in the designated folder pocket.
3. You could also leave a message for the Library Coworker, Tom Hwang, for any questions and/or request for checking out media. Home: 333-3724; Email: tomhwang at msu dot edu
4. When leaving your message, please include your name, phone and email address. Please specify the media item ID you are interested. For example:“愛你到永遠 TS.DVDV.15.C1-2”
5.The check out duration is 2 weeks. Please return as soon as you finish using it. Make extra protection and care for the media you check out. Please inform Tom any problem you find. You could inform him by attaching a written notes on the items you checked out.
